MiniCMS has been developped by Cupella Webservices B.V., from this point called Cupella.

The user of MiniCMS, from this point called User, declares to agree on the following statements concerning the use of MiniCMS.

Goal
MiniCMS is a system to easily control the contents of a website. For each website a license is needed. User may use MiniCMS. MiniCMS is User bounded. With User is meant: the person or company who has paid the license(s) and who uses MiniCMS in website(s) for himself and / or his customers.

Article 1 Functioning and Maintenance
User agrees on the functioning of MiniCMS. Developper cannot be hold responsible if MiniCMS does not function, does not function well or does not function fully.

Article 2 Rights
User explicitly does not have any rights concerning the sourcecode. All copyrights are held by Cupella. Copying or multiplying the software by User on a other server or location with the goal to multiply or redistribute is explicitly forbidden.

Article 3 Text
Cupella cannot be hold responsible for the text being edited by User and / or his customers. Cupella cannot be hold responsible for the content, nor for the condition of the files containing the text.

Article 4 Damage
Cupella cannot be hold responsible for any damage as a result of the use of MiniCMS. Any damage as a result of the use of MiniCMS, no matter what kind of damage, no matter the origin of the damage, as well as loss as a result of damage can never be recovered from Cupella.

Article 5 Problems
MiniCMS is used "as is". If a problem rises, User may contact Cupella. However, Cupella is not obligated to solve User's problems.

Article 6 Security
User and / or his customers is / are themselves responsible to keep useraccount and password secret. Cupella can never be hold responsible for any damage, including loss as a result of damage, caused by the use of useraccount and password by unauthorized people.

Article 7 License Fee
The license fee to use MiniCMS has to be paid per license (e.g. website). The license fee must be paid only once. On www.minicms.eu all prices are mentioned.
All prices are excluding VAT.

Article 8 Agreement
By using MiniCMS, you agree explicitely on these terms of use.

Article 9 Other terms and conditions
On all deliveries the terms and conditions of Developper are applied. These can be found on the website of Cupella, though are in Dutch only.
